Study On The Relationship Between The Environment Pollution Control Of Qinhuangdao Rural Areas And Sustainable Development

Due to the rapid economic development of Qinhuangdao, its rural areas are also reshaped in an allround way. However, the economic development also brought about a series of problems. The first and utmost problem is the environment pollution in these rural areas. The factual situation of Qinhuangdao and the national policy concerning "agriculture, rural areas and peasantry" have decided that sustainable development measures have become a necessity. Only in this way, can we ensure the sustainable economic development of rural areas, and the indeed improvement of in respect to the living standard of local farmers. At the present moment, there exist quite a number of problems concerning environment protection, and these problems have caused negative impact on the implementation of sustainable development measures. The impact is on various scales, the major problems concerned are the problems of human resources, the pollution transfer problems, and the problems of agricultural materials etc. How to tackle these problems has become the key to the implement the sustainable development strategy in Qinhuangdao’s rural areas.Accompanied with the fast economic development in rural areas, the problems concerning environment has become increasingly prominent. There exist a number of problems at the present day, for example, the focus is primarily on economic development while the environment problems are neglected. The improper development model will lead its development into a vicious circle, thus the economic development rate has been restrained by a series of unsustainable factors. Since the Reform and Opening, the rural economy of China has witnessed unprecedented development; the countryside has undergone earthshaking changes. Despite the fact of rapid economic changes, the rural environment is degrading. The development model is a major problem, and these problems are hard to tackle. The previous experience of how to solve the major problems in rural economic development is far from enough. Faced with the globalization of economy, the international reliance of our economy has increased; the development of rural economy is definitely to meet the brand new challenges. Under the impact of financial crisis, the development of rural economy has to consider both the new features of international economy and the domestic fact of rural areas. The sustainable development study of Qinhuangdao rural area includes:(1) Study on theories and methodology of sustainable development concerning agriculture and rural areas; the actual realization measures of the sustainable development.(2) Analysis on the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas under Qinhuangdao’s present pollution circumstances; analysis on the present situation of sustainable development and environment problems in rural areas; analysis on the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.Having taken full consideration of the relationship between the present rural environment protection and the actual realization of sustainable development, combined with the analysis of the present situation of environment pollution in Qinhuangdao, the dissertation has analyzed the ongoing impact of rural environment pollution on sustainable development. According measures have been suggested concerning the major problems in rural environment protection of Qinhuangdao, thus has provided a valuable reference for the implementation of environment pollution control and the sustainable development policy.
