Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Water Pollution Control

After the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of the social and economic level,the scale and output of China's industry and agriculture have gradually expanded,and the corresponding pollution problems,especially water pollution problems,have become increasingly prominent.In the past forty years,due to the rapid social and economic development in urban areas,and the contradictions between economic development and the ecological environment were exposed earlier,China's focus on pollution prevention and control has focused on urban areas' pollution control.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the urban ecological environment,the rural areas have undertaken a large number of industrial transfers from cities and towns,coupled with the abuse of fertilizers and pesticides caused by the development of the agricultural industry itself,the problems of environmental pollution in rural areas,especially water resources pollution,have gradually highlighted.However,problems such as a large rural area and large regional differences lead to asymmetry of information,difficulty in sewage supervision,and difficult policy formulation have further aggravated the problems of environmental pollution in rural areas,especially water resources pollution.Taking the rural area of Songyuan City as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of water pollution in Songyuan's rural areas from four aspects: plantation,livestock and poultry farming,industry,domestic waste and wastewater,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The basic frame structure and main contents of the article are as follows:The first part elaborates the research background and significance of the article,the current research status at home and abroad,related theoretical support,research ideas and methods;The second part reviews the current situation of rural water pollution in China,the main sources and causes of pollution,the historical stage of rural water pollution control in China,and the common rural water pollution control measures in China.The third part summarizes the practical experiences of the United States,Japan,and Canada on water pollution prevention and management systems,legislation and law enforcement systems,pollution information disclosure systems,and supervision systems.The successful experience of prevention and control is briefly summarized.The fourth part,on the basis of combing the geographical location,social economy,hydrology system,water resources general situation and water conservancy project generalsituation of Songyuan city,points out that the pollution of water resources in Songyuan city mainly comes from the pollution sources of planting industry(chemical fertilizer and pesticide abuse,unreasonable irrigation),livestock and poultry breeding industry(fecal sewage treatment),industrial sewage(petroleum and related industries),domestic waste and sewage.In the fifth part,according to the current situation of rural water pollution in Songyuan City,the feasible countermeasures are proposed from the four aspects of planting,livestock breeding,industry,domestic waste and sewage.The sixth part summarizes the full text.
