The Study Of Present Situation And The Prevent And Control Countermeasures Of Rural Water Pollution In Qingdao

Agricultural pollution has become the main pollution sources which lead toenvironmental problems such as global water pollution. Agricultural pollution in ourcountry has become one of the major environmental problems and serious damage toproduce quality safety and human health, as shown in the large data. In addition, theagricultural pollution has little understanding and attention obviously deficiencies inour country while city pollution and industrial pollution has been effectivelycontrolled under the spotlight. Qingdao as one of severe water shortages in the northof the city, the situation of agricultural pollution prevention and control has been veryserious. Therefore, effective agricultural pollution prevention is urgently. Theagricultural pollution in Qingdao and its comprehensive prevention and control wasresearched and analyzed in this paper. The research content and research conclusionsare as follows:(1) Along with the control of water point source pollution, water pollution loadstructure has evident changes. The non-point pollution has become the main factorsinfluence of water environment quality, among which agricultural non-point pollutionholds proportion is the largest. First of all, the agricultural non-point pollution thegrim situation was pointed out according to the non-point source pollution surveyresults in Qingdao. The agricultural non-point pollution causes and characteristicstypes was detailed analysis in this article, it is considered that the main factor ofagricultural non-point pollution were the not reasonable agricultural productionactivities and villages in lifestyle. In the next place, another agricultural pollutionexist and rising important reasons were the disjointing implementation of theagricultural policy and environmental management policy or the ignored of countryenvironment pollution.(2) The main problems of the rural water pollution was analyzed in the basic ofthe study with rural water pollution basis theory and causes and combined with thecharacteristics of the rural water pollution sources. The comprehensive prevention andcontrol methods were explored on the foundation of economic management theorycombined prevention and control theory. All of which can improve the rural water pollution situation and rural life environment.(3)It is found that the study of rural areas’ water pollution problems was lackedby Chinese scholars on the comparison prevention and control countermeasures ofdomestic and foreign. According to the present situation of water resources and on theforeign advanced study of water pollution prevention and control system, a set ofspecific measures of rural water pollution control was developed which can developthe modern ecological agriculture, correct the external diseconomy of agriculturalproduction, plan scientific development of township enterprises, strengthen theenvironment management of town enterprise, strengthen the sewage treatmentfacilities construction and enhance capacity of rural environment management. Inaddition, solve the problem of water pollution completely in Qingdao according to setup a corresponding rural water pollution control measures by the actual situation.(4) According to its own characteristics and environmental protection plans inTwelfth Five-Year Plan of Qingdao, the rural water pollution prevention and controlshould be on the whole system of Qingdao city was considered. A scientific planningfor rural pollution prevention in Qingdao was proposed in this article. The planningincludes three guiding principles and four measures. The principles were controllingpolicy commands, to pay attention to the economic feasibility and environmentalinformation glasnost policy while the managements were managements, economy,technology and education. Which provide guidance for advice for Qingdao rural waterpollution treatment and the implementation of new rural reconstruction.
