The Research Of Application Of TPM In Plastics Extrusion Device

With the increasing of the proportion of plastics in life,applications of plastic extrusion devices,which work as plastic modification of the main production units,are being used more and more widely.After China's accession to WTO,while participating in the fierce competition,the enterprises continue to improve their own processing capacity and level.There is a significant increase in the level of equipment.In addition,equipments keep development of the large-scale,sophisticated,automated,intelligent,technology integration and functional diversification.Plastic extrusion device as a component develops quickly in recent years.Twin-screw extruder,which works as a main equipment,updates soon in terms of technology.To strengthen and improve equipment management are not only the needs of increasing production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs,but also the needs for the enterprises to save energy,reduce costs and improve competitiveness in the market.On the base of management experience in some enterprises who carry out TPM at home and abroad,in the light of the actual production situation of plastic extrusion devices,also with the equipment management system in Daqing Huake Science and Technology Development Branch as the carrier,the thesis discuss how to carry out TPM in plastic extrusion devices.This thesis introduces the two base of TPM.They are 5S with TPM group activities and eight pillars of TPM,and TPM management activities carried out on this basis.Found that equipment failure trends through the implementation of point inspection activities in advance to avoid the equipment the accident;visual management,reduce staff waste,improve production efficiency,to avoid security incidents;TPM group activities,to improve the proposal,plastic extrusion device technological improvements to improve the overall efficiency of equipment to achieve energy conservation to solve some of the equipment and production problems well,but also for device management by planned maintenance to preventive maintenance.With the advance of the TPM management,and gradually build a "zero fault,zero injuries,zero bad" management system to promote the transformation of a plastic extrusion device equipment management philosophy.This research has been implemented in Daqing Huake science and technology development branch,and have achieved initial results.
