Equipment management is an important part of coal mining enterprise management and the progress of equipment management is an important way to achieve the successful transformation of management mode. Aiming at the problems existing in the equipment management, such as the irrationality of plotting out point inspection route manually and the incapability to grasp the tendency of equipment condition accurately, the two problems are researched based on the existing point inspection system to optimize the system, which lays the foundation for building a more fully-functional system.To address the goal of optimization design of coal mine equipment point inspection system, firstly, the problems of chaos routes plotted out manually and unbalanced workload in the process of inspection management are analyzed and the definition of inspection route optimization problem is given. Based on the definition, the mathematical model, in which the shortest inspection route is regarded as optimization objective, is established and optimized by Genetic Algorithm.Secondly, because of the problems of difficulty in predicting state trend of equipment, wide varieties of status data and the difference of data sample size, wavelet neural network and gray model is chosen to establish the prediction model for their advantage of rapid forecasting speed, high precision and easy modeling after analyzing the characteristic and application range of different algorithms. Then, the feasibility of models is validated through the instances, which provides theoretic support for the designing of the system algorithm library.Finally, based on the above research, the modules of inspection route optimization and equipment state trend prediction, the system database and the algorithms library are developed, to realize the system optimal design and complete the coal mine equipment point inspection system.After the optimization design of coal mine equipment spot inspection system, the system gets the advantages of function diversity, intelligence in inspection management and high value of practical application, which meets the actual demand of coal mining enterprises effectively and promotes the progress of equipment management greatly.
