| The abroad complete sets of mechatronic equipment for eggs inspection are expensive, and it’s considered that internal small and medium-sized enterprises of eggs production can’t afford that. According to the needs of the domestic market and research topic’s experiment, in this paper, in order to improve the efficient of egg inspection and grading and to complete the packaging for eggs, the inspection and grading device based on machine vision system and the packaging device are designed. The main contents are following:1. The egg external quality inspection and grading devices based on machine vision system are designed. By the means of egg kinetic analysis in an arc-type roller, the movement of eggs is clear, and the design parameters of inspection device is defined in order to meet the needs of eggs real-time detection. The inspection device is produced finally.2. A light box is designed and produced for the inspection device to improve the hardware design of machine vision system. After several tests, we can obtain better results and determine the best match speed of chain in order to collect eggs entire external images and to get comprehensive information of external characteristics.3. A grading actuator is designed and produced. The device has feature of simple structure, small size and easy installation. It was verified by several experiments, the movement of the grading actuator has high sensitivity and good stability.4. The packaging device for eggs is achieved. Through the contral of a packaging-oriented structure and conveyor belt by stepper motors, to achieve the intermittent type movement of the oriented structure. Make sure the success rate of eggs packaging and complete the plate filling for eggs. |
