Based On The Research Of Condition Monitoring Equipment Point Check Management System

For iron and steel enterprises,the sintering plant is one of the important production components which shoulders the important task in the production of synthetic diamond for the blast furnace.Sintering plant has many equipments and needs large investments.The maintenance cost of Various sintering equipment accounts for a considerable proportion of the final cost,so that the saving cost in maintenance and repairing can be directly transformed into profits.So how to properly manage all kinds of advanced production equipment and ensure it safely and normally operating and realizing“ the transition from preventative maintenance to prescient maintenance”is the need for modern equipment management.This article first introduced the basic theory and development tendency in tally management and condition monitoring technology,then analyzed the current situation and problems of the tally management in iron and steel enterprise equipment management.Introducing the typical technology of precision tally and doing a Fourier spectral analysis for the vibration signals of main exhaust blower collected during the operation,the main exhauster possible reasons of the vibration are obtained.It provides an important basis for solving vibration problems of the main exhaust blower in operating.According to the demand analysis of sintering main exhauster detection system and the analysis of common fault features,the main exhauster condition monitoring parameters and the distribution of state monitoring are identified.Time-series model is established for analyzing the unbalanced fault of main exhauster by MATLAB programming.Finally,according to the actual operating of sintering plant equipment,the sintering equipment point check management system has beenestablished based on state monitoring.It solved the problem of real-time online monitoring of sintering equipment point check management by condition monitoring point check management system and realized the important equipment status monitoring and management.It also realized the propose for preventing equipment failure and reducing accidents occurs.
