Research On The Strategies Of Industrial Safety Training Comprehensive Service Platform

Since 1980s,with the continuous development of economy and society,more and more industrial systems have gradually entered people’s daily life.The emergence and use of industrial systems,improve production efficiency to meet people’s material and spiritual needs,but also has brought great risks to people’s security.Environmental pollution incidents,the inefficient use of energy,occupational health hazards,job safety accidents and other issues have become increasingly prominent,the problem of enterprise safety and production continue to highlight.This paper combs the relevant theories of EHS(environmental,health,safety)management theory,platform strategy related theory and business ecosystem.Based on the analysis of the current macro environment of industrial safety training,this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial safety training in China from three aspects:industrial safety production status,current situation of industrial safety production personnel and current situation of safety training system construction.It is found that safety prevention is not good enough,safety management is not standardized,safety training is not implemented and so forth.Safety production training system is facing some problems,such as the subsystem level is unclear,sub-system dysfunction and lack of elements and education out of touch.Then this study discussed in details about the market opportunities and market access opportunities of safety training services.Platform strategy and business ecology strategy theory shows that modern competition has become the competition between business model and business ecosystem,so the traditional security training service business model should be improved.then EHS COLLEGE came into being.The author elaborates the construction logic of EHS COLLEGE,and introduces its service content in a hierarchical way.In order to improve its competitiveness,EHS College needs to adopt reasonable platform strategy:entering,constructing,surrounding and innovating.If the EHS COLLEGE wants to maintain a stable development,it needs to build a commercial ecosystem as a potential logic,so this article also explained EHS values as the core of the business ecosystem.In this paper,the EHS management theory is sorted out in detail,and combined with platform strategy and the theory of the business ecosystem strategy,the theoretical research is expanded and a new research perspective is provided.From a practical point of view,this article is concerned about the safety of industrial production,how to improve enterprises’ awareness of production safety and environment friendly.Strengthening training is one of the important means.For many small and medium enterprises,the cost is the key to limit the level of production safety,so this paper presents a new way of safety training services,is a benefit to countless production staff and EHS personnel training platform.Reduce the cost of safe investment,but can significantly improve the level of enterprise safety,so this study also has some practical meanings.
