Chemical industry belongs to high-risk industries and accident prone industries.The particularity of chemical industry determines the importance of enterprises safety production.Production process of chemical enterprises is generally associated with the use of toxic substances,flammable,explosive,corrosive or dangerous chemicals,the particularity of the production plant,and the complexity and risk of production process.These all decide the importance of safety production of chemical enterprises.Identification of risk and harmful factors existing in the enterprise is a significant means of safety management and promoting safety levels,as well as effective monitoring of dangerous sources to further prevent injuries and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Comprehensive safety knowledge training and education for enterprise employees is an essential measure for enterprises to raise the safety awareness and improve safety skills of all staff.In the first half of 2017,accidents due to dangerous chemicals occurred more frequently.That exposes the faint legal consciousness and weak safety risk consciousness,poor risk identification including lack of risk identification and incomplete identification,safety control measures are not in place,the safety training form is lack of relevance and diversity,and poor safety training effect in chemical enterprises.In order to be familiar with the safety accident-causing theory knowledge,enhance the ability of the enterprise security risk identification,we try to identify the main harmful risk factors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures of safety according to the characteristics of safety risk identification.In view of the leaders failed to pay sufficient attention to current safety education and training,the limited level of the training and education specialist,the training and education forms are single,the safety training discipline and the quality are not ideal,and the training plan of the contents of the safety training is not methodical planned,we put forward a series of appropriate safety education and training based on different security risks.This paper is based on acid generation from pyrite in our company as the research object,according to identification principle of danger and harmful factors,from six aspects as following: process equipment and process plant,professional equipment,working environment,relevant manual operation,the relevant engineering process,and comprehensive safety management,to identify the risk and harmful factors for our company by studying the accident-causing theory.We can identify the main risk and harmful factors,place of existence and forms of expression,and put forward our company’s corresponding safety countermeasures in accordance with the six aspects of harmful factors.At the same time we can predict the possibility and severity of risk and harmful factors accident,triggering condition analysis of the accident,and come up with the corresponding security measures to avoid the occurrence of dangerous accidents.Once dangerous accidents occur,employees should be able to take emergency measures quickly and scientifically.To encourage employees to be familiar with and master the safety knowledge of dangerous and harmful factors,make full efforts to develop a good safety culture,make the safety training be implemented,we carried out some practice in the construction of systematic safety education training content and multifarious training methods,and achieved certain results.These practices can provide some reference or ideas for the same industry.Moreover,we make joint efforts to do a good job in the safety production of chemical enterprises,and further reduce the safety production accident rate of chemical enterprises.
