| Digital technology and digital economy have had a profound impact on all industries.In the process of digital transformation,enterprises should consider whether there is duplication of construction and waste of resources in the organization,and how to precipitate the resources of enterprises.Therefore,the architecture of the middle platform was born.In 2019,Company X took business process management as the starting point to build a business platform,but there are four aspects to be improved: internal promotion,continuous iteration,business integration and data governance.The thesis expounds the concept of middle platform and the research status at home and abroad,then introduces the background and operation status of middle platform in Company X.Through investigation and interview,it is found that lack of middle platform operation capability,outdated construction mode,lack of business scenarios and backward data thinking are the reasons why middle platfrom effect did not meet expectations.According to the actual situation of Company X,four improvement plans are given,namely,optimizing the middle office operation system,optimizing the middle office iteration mode,deepening the middle office business operation and improving the middle office data governance.It emphasizes that technology and business parallelism are the necessary conditions for further application of the middle office,and discusses the implementation guarantee of the improvement plan.The problems studied in this thesis,in fact,not only exist in Company X,but also have reference and guidance significance for other similar large enterprises and government units. |
