Design And Implementation Of Pre-Packaged Food Traceability Platform Based On Supply Chain

With the rapid development of the food industry and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues become increasingly prominent issues of public management.The current issue of food safety is multiple problems,complex causes,consequences serious situation.In recent years,melamine milk powder in have occurred,albuterol-tainted pork,stained bread,ink noodles,cooking oil and so on.These major food safe incidents highlight the poor situation of China's food security now.And it demonstrates that China is in a period of high food safety risk and incidence of problems fully.At the same time,currently the systems of China's food quality and traceability usually tends the single enterprise-based development,and mostly with the form of internal traceability system.It meets the demand of internal traceability,yet it's difficult to achieve traceability information sharing.Because of the short traceability chain,traceability is not formed on the transmission of information between upstream and downstream enterprises,and it cannot be achieved from production to circulation of the whole process of tracing and supervision.On the other hand,the authenticity of food quality and safety traceability information that food business operators provide to consumers cannot be guaranteed.Due to lack of information on food traceability public search platform,consumers' rights are not well protected.Consequently,consumers cannot be combined with effective social oversight of the executive branch.In order to solve those problems above-mentioned,this paper presents a pre-packaged food traceability platform which is based on supply chain management and traceability and management theory by combining with domestic food production,the business experience and needs.The whole sectors traceability platform can provide the public,the regulatory authorities and the food enterprises with traceability information services which cover the raw materials,production,circulation and consumption.This paper firstly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional food traceability platform,and then introduces the pre-packaged food safety traceability platform and functional scope based on the needs of the supply chain,and finally focuses on the complete design and implementation of the platform.
