Livestock food is one of the essential daily foods for people.Nowadays,with the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the demand of the livestock food is increasing day by day.However,in recent years,since the food safety incidents occur frequently,people are beginning to pay attention to the quality of livestock food and other food safety issues.Hence,it has an important practical significance to design a complete set of livestock food supply chain traceability management platform and put it into operation in order to increase the transparency of livestock food supply chain information,improve the efficiency of food regulation,and ensure food safety.The main research work of this paper can be divided into three stages.In the first stage,from the analysis of research background and current development status of food traceability system at home and abroad,this paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of the existing food safety traceability systems,and analyzes system application of automatic identification technology and development technology in detail.In the second stage,combined with the actual situation and the system construction goal,both the demand analysis and system design are carried out in turn.Firstly,through the analysis of the supply chain work flow and user rights,the system function is defined and the use case diagram is drawn by using the UML modeling tool.Meanwhile,both the non-functional requirements and development feasibility of the system will be analyzed in this part;Then combining with systematic design principles and the system demand,the overall system architecture will be determined,and the detailed design of the functional modules and the data structure design of each module will be completed based on the use case diagram of each functional module;Finally,on the basis of the national standard,a retroactive coding scheme will be designed for the supply chain farming and processing stage.In the third stage,combined with the development technology such as SQL Server 2012,IIS,.NET Framework and C# development language,Visual Studio 2012 development tool,the paper will achieve the coding implementation and deployment of the food traceability platform based on three layer architecture of B/S.The paper has the following characteristics.(1)In the data acquisition technology,combined with RFID tag technology and bar code technology,the platform implement data acquisition and management for livestock food supply chain information,thus ensuring reliable data transmission and also reducing the cost of enterprise label invested.(2)In the tag encoding technology,the paper proposes an EPC GID-96 type universal identifier coding scheme with strong independence and no target type restriction,which can be applied to realize a unique identification of the individual livestock.(3)In the design plan,the plan covers the entire flow from breeding and processing to sales.And,the design of the basic module and data structure can meet other types of food traceability requirements,which enhance the versatility of the platform.At present,the platform function has passed,and achieved the expected goal and realized the centralized management of all key links information in the food supply chain,which shows that data acquisition technology and encoding scheme is feasible.The design proposal of the platform is recognized by the relevant users.
