China’s food consumption structure is constantly transforming and upgrading,food safety is still a hot social concern,and the development of food quality traceability affects people’s trust in food consumption.Improving the construction of food quality traceability system plays a crucial role in food quality control,consumer rights and interests protection,corporate responsibility and government supervision.However,in the era of economic globalization and resource sharing,food supply gradually presents a trend of multi-channel and multi-agent network.The market form and development space facing enterprises are very different from the past,and the traditional food supply chain traceability system can not adapt to the current complex market.Competitive enterprises operate independently,lack of information sharing,and have problems such as incomplete traceability information,high cost of traceability,and easy fracture of traceability chain,which fail to achieve the purpose of traceability and enhancing trust.In order to explore the implementation path of the whole process networked food traceability with multi-agent participation and multi-supply chain cooperation,the research on food quality traceability from the perspective of multi-functional open food supply and demand network is more in line with the evolution trend of the complex networked food industry.The mode of food supply and demand network includes multi-industry,trans-regional and trans-supply chain cooperation,which breaks the barriers between chains and forms an open network chain traceability mode with diverse functions and dynamic stability.However,the networked organization structure of food supply and demand network also increases the difficulty and complexity of traceability,which is in urgent need of more perfect information technology support.Block chain technology as a strategic frontier in the field of information technology,the distributed storage of architecture,decentralization,tamper-resistant,traceable,and the advantages of the "waterfall effect",fu can well food supply and demand network innovation trace mode,enhance information transparency and accountability,in order to solve the current problems existing in food traceability.The coordinated development of blockchain and food supply and demand network will become an inevitable development trend of food traceability and authenticity.Therefore,this article will to block chain and the supply and demand of the traceability system as the research object,the block chain technology embedded in the food supply and demand network,giving full play to the advantages of technology of block chain and food demand and supply network organization structure,build the traceability system of innovation,based on the evolutionary game model between the building enterprise,by means of block chain incentive enterprises is discussed in this paper the influence factors of traceability information technology actively sharing,Numerical simulation is used to demonstrate the evolution path of the model under different parameters.The main research is as follows:First of all,through a large number of literature reading,from food traceability,food supply and demand network development and block chain technology and its application to comb from the multiple angles of development situation and the existing research results at home and abroad,and introduced the food supply and demand network,and evolutionary game theory related to block chain technology,on the basis of the analysis and summary,put forward in this paper,the research content and the innovation points,That is to build a traceability system of food supply and demand network empowered by block chain,and explore the evolutionary game analysis of each supply and demand network enterprise using block chain traceability decision under the incentive mechanism,and make theoretical and practical discussion for further research of food traceability system.Secondly,based on the analysis of the defects in the food supply chain traceability,building blocks,chain and cta food supply and demand are the same as driving force of the model,the network structure and function of system coordination mechanism to clarify block chain and food coordination mechanism of supply and demand network back to build the block chain can assign overall framework of food traceability system of supply and demand,Taking processed food as an example,the specific operation of the system is described.Studies show that block chain technology assignment for food supply and demand network trace provides strong technical support and implementation means of support,more in line with the current status of food traceability of complex networks,largely solved the centralized control,currently existing in food traceability problem of incomplete information and low credibility,deepen the consciousness of main body,the supply chain cooperation.Then,by evolutionary game method to construct food supply and demand network enterprise under the environment of block chain actively sharing traceability information game model,under positive and negative incentive mechanism from the Angle of quantitative enterprises choose to make full use of the block chain technology actively sharing information behavior decision-making,in order to reduce free riding behavior to provide the best evolution strategy on the basis of,the results show that the Initial revenue and additional revenue,the degree of use of blockchain,the degree of collaboration between enterprises,their ability to absorb effective information,and government incentives and punishments have a positive impact on enterprises to make full use of blockchain and actively share information.In the face of risks brought by further expansion of blockchain deployment and active sharing of traceability information,enterprises will be more inclined to choose free-riding behavior to obtain information shared by others.Finally,the advantages of the food supply and demand network traceability system based on block chain are summarized,and combined with the simulation analysis of the evolutionary game model,the suggestion of encouraging the supply and demand network enterprises to actively adopt block chain to share the traceability information is put forward,and the shortcomings of this research are pointed out according to the analysis of the whole paper.
