Research And Implement On The Traceability Service Platform About The Quality And Safety Of Food Supply Chain

Food safety is the hot topic of concern, however, food safety problems frequently happen, "Poison Rice", "Essence Oil Blending" events have great impact to the consumer’s life safety. In order to ensure the safety of food quality, China revised the "Food Safety Law", a clear request to strengthen the control of food production process,and realize the traceability of the key factors about food quality. This will promote the development of food safety traceability system.Due to every link on the food supply chain can affect food quality, the study of food traceability system from the perspective of food supply chain, through the research on data integration technology, coupled with the current popular Internet + food new sales model to develop a set of integrated tracing service platform, and under the supervision of the government to realize food process visual information, controllable,traceability, is feasible solution to solve the present food safety problem.The main work accomplished in this paper:(1)Through researching the food supply chain at the present stage in China, this paper establish a corresponding key information model, on the basis of the research quality of food supply chain traceability method, reliability analysis was carried out on the tracing method, for the whole process of information system implementation food traceability process to lay the theoretical foundation.(2)In order to achieve the sales enterprises provide decision-making service and improve income of sales enterprise, this paper will research dynamic pricing model based on stock to optimize the income in the sales process.(3)According to every link of the food traceability information model and trace method, combining with each link specific needs,this paper design system framework based on SOA service model and complete the overall design of the system. Using SOAP Webservice data integration methods to realize multi-source heterogeneous data integration.(4)Using JAVA, c #, Javascript, Play Framework, and Android technology developfood quality and safety traceability supply chain service platform. With describing the main functions,this paper implement the main process about the platform.
