| Considering the large amount of salt water emissions currently, NX company is intends to build a new high salt water zero discharge device by adding a membrane concentration treatment system and an evaporation and crystallization device to achieve zero emission in order to meet the local government environmental protection requirements.At present, the other production equipment of NX company has been built, the project is to ensure that the production of wastewater is effective in order to meet the completion acceptance of environmental protection projects, facing the project, the task is heavy, and the evaporation crystallization technology in the domestic use is not too mature, so in order to ensure the realization of environmental protection and project quality win-win, minimize the risk of engineering project design, construction, operation, maintenance and other aspects of the risk. Based on the theory of project risk management, this paper studies the risk assessment and control of high salt water zero discharge project of NX company by using expert investigation method and expert scoring method.On the foundation of modern project risk management theory, the main risk factors of NX company’s high salt water zero discharge project and the main risk factors of the operation are firstly identified. Secondly, the risk factors identification and classification, the use of expert evaluation method for the project risk and risk assessment, and the final evaluation of the corresponding risk countermeasures. |
