Research On Construction Risk Management Of YC Engineering Project Of D Company

With the growth of domestic consumption of refined oil and the improvement of the promotion of national automobile ethanol gasoline,it is urgent to transform the oil depot to have the function of ethanol gasoline blending,so as to meet the demand of refined oil supply of surrounding gas stations.However,in the oil depot reconstruction project,the risk management of the project is often not in place,which leads to the occurrence of safety accidents,even to the normal operation of the oil depot in the future.As a reconstruction project of oil depot,YC project of D company is faced with huge risk challenges in the construction process,and its risk management and prevention and control problems need to be solved urgently.This paper takes YC project of D company as the research object,on the basis of consulting and combing risk management related literature,using project risk identification and evaluation tools,combining with the actual situation and operation characteristics of YC project,identify and evaluate risk factors,and provide feasible scheme for project construction risk management.First of all,risk identification is carried out by using checklist method.According to the sequence of civil construction,electrical instrument construction and process installation construction,on the basis of combing the construction process of each stage,the object of risk identification is confirmed,risk elements are found and risk checklist is formulated.Finally,risk elements faced by YC project construction are identified as equipment and facility risk,personnel risk and material wind Risk,environmental risk,method risk and safety fund risk;secondly,qualitative and quantitative assessment of various risk elements is carried out by using LEC Method,and it is found that the overall risk result of YC project is acceptable moderate risk,and the risk of safety fund,environment and personnel is high;finally,the risk management problems of YC project are put forward,which are improving the risk management system,ensuring the safety of risk funds,implement the risk control measures in the construction stage,and optimizing the risk management measures of environment and materials,and build a monitoring system to ensure the effective operation of the risk management system.Through the above work,it ensures the successful completion of YC project of D company.At the same time,it has important significance to improve the risk management level of other similar projects,reduce accidents,ensure the smooth completion of the project,maintain the image of the enterprise and ensure the safety of employees’lives and property.
