With the development of economy,people's demand for energy is also expanding.Liquefied natural gas(LNG)terminals provide clean energy to coastal areas by receiving,storing and processing LNG,in line with the country's strategy of vigorously developing low-carbon industries.The construction of LNG terminal project is a large-scale engineering project,which is characterized by large investment,long cycle,complex technology and numerous participants.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of LNG terminal engineering project to ensure the smooth realization of the project objectives.In this paper,on the basis of the risk management and the full life cycle theory,based on project risk management research status at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of the construction of LNG terminal engineering project,LNG terminal engineering project risk management in the full life cycle theory is introduced to build LNG terminal engineering project risk management system,clear the definition of project risk management,risk management objectives,project at various stages,divided into the risk types and risk factors.Combed the LNG terminal engineering project each phase of the main work,by adopting the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in different stages of the risk analysis method for project risk identification and evaluation,established a three-level index system of risk classification,summarized has stronger practicability of risk evaluation model,finally based on the evaluation results point out the key risk in different stages of the project and put forward the corresponding strategies and measures to prevent risk.Through the risk management of the full life cycle of the LNG terminal engineering project,we can comprehensively understand the risks in each stage,reflect the changes of risks in different stages,and formulate effective risk response measures to reduce project losses,which is conducive to the realization of project objectives and the improvement of project risk management level.
