Research On The Logging Instrument Maintenance Management Of Jiangsu Geological Logging Department

With development of petroleum well-logging technique,well logging tools become more automatic,precise and small,instrument mender always need to deal with tools which integrate photovoltaic?pneumatic and computer technology.So through a serious study of maintenance theory and apply research results to practice,which is significant in enhancing standardized management of instruments maintenance,increasing economic benefits and promoting the comprehensive development of enterprise.This paper gives an overview of instruments maintenance management theory and development at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes prevalent maintenance organizational form and method,then analyzes organization structure of instruments maintenance management,instrument characteristic,maintenance system and other respects etc.in Geological and Logging Department,especially focus on the current problems,propose an improved and optimized scheme in several aspects such as maintenance organizational form?assess mode and extensive application of maintenance network management system,also provides safeguard measures such as perfecting systems,strengthening responsibility implement,enhancing management of maintenance technique and spare parts,improving staff's personal quality and so on,provide a new research and idea for the promotion of instruments maintenance management level in Department.
