With the rapid development of mobile communications, it is becoming more difficult for mobile network operation and maintenance. The introduction of third-party maintenance in mobile network to deal with network expansion and giant maintenance workload is effective. The application of Geography Information System (GIS) in the management of third-party maintenance can enhance the information management, improve the efficiency and quality of the management of third-party maintenance, insure the network operate well.GIS data integration is the operation such as adjustment, transformation, synthesis and decomposition for spatial data form features (such as the format, units, resolution, accuracy, etc.) and internal features (such as attributes, content, etc.). It is the solution of spatial data exchange, transmission, sharing and interoperability in an effective way.This paper focused on GIS dynamic data integration technology and its application in the mobile network operation and maintenance management, does the following aspects:First of all, this paper researches the technologies and concepts of GIS data integration, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Web services, and according to the characteristic of the mobile network operation and maintenance management, designs the third-party maintenance GIS system of mobile communications network based on SOA.Second, this paper researches the GIS dynamic data integration technology, studies on the related concepts and key technologies of Geography Markup Language(GML) and Interest Management, designs the GIS dynamic data integration model based on GML, advances the GIS massive dynamic data-processing technology based on Interest Management, designs interest region matching algorithms based on R-tree and realizes data distribution manager based on Interest Management.Finally, this paper realizes the prototype system of the third-party maintenance GIS system based on Web Services.
