Transportation is the pillar and lifeblood of national life and economic development.With the continuous expansion of road traffic network,the number of highway mileage is increasing,the road is only built without support,more and less support is becoming more and more serious,and with the increasing number of years of operation of most roads,road maintenance and management has gradually become more and more important.Compared with the gradually mature process system in road construction,the field of road information maintenance and management started late.In the face of increasing road maintenance pressure,traditional conservation management methods can not adapt to today's large and complex needs,so more research and innovation is needed in the field of information conservation management.Aiming at the practical problems and urgent needs in road maintenance management,this paper combines GIS secondary development technology,digital image processing technology and WebGIS technology to study the pre-processing,analysis and display of maintenance management data.The main research contents and results are as follows:? This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research in the field of road maintenance management,the development trend of road maintenance management,expounds the common road diseases and their production factors,and introduces the detection methods,classification and maintenance evaluation criteria of road diseases.?The development of maintenance and management data station calibration tools has been carried out.For the actual maintenance management work appeared in the road actual station does not match the design station,combined with ArcGIS model builder and python script secondary development method,based on the collected GPS coordinates and detection of vehicle wheel turn calculation of the original travel data,to achieve automatic,batch station calibration work,to ensure the accuracy of the basic data of maintenance management.?The information extraction of road crack disease image based on digital image processing technology is realized.For the road disease images collected in the maintenance management work,artificial interpretation is still used,the use of inefficient problems,combined with digital image processing technology,based on the computer vision library OpenCV,combined with threshold segmentation method and edge detection method to achieve the geometric feature extraction of crack disease images(the length and area of cracks).Not only is extraction efficiency and accuracy significantly improved,the extracted disease information can also be stored in a database for conservation management visualization,supporting conservation management and decision-making.?Based on WebGIS technology to build a multi-type,multi-purpose conservation management data visualization platform,map layers,data charts and other forms of digital display of conservation management data,better conservation management.
