In order to actively implement the national "green development"concept,to help cities improve the livability and comfort of cities and build a good living environment.This project has a positive a-nd far-reaching significance for reshaping and optimizing urban spa-tial structure,basin water resources management and basin flood c-ontrol and emergency response.The project can serve a variety of water resources units.By using robotic fish instead of traditional h-ydrological data sensors,automatic sampling can be realized to co-mprehensively collect information such as water level,water flow,water quality,ecological flow,river basin pollutant index and mete-orological information,so as to provide quantitative data support forriver management and operation.The project mainly solves the pro-blems of water resources management and water resources security flood control and early warning.It has provided help for governme-nt personnel to understand the real-time water situation in each riv-er basin and to provide early warning for flood control.This project adopts the combination of big data technology andsoftware development technology to build a water resources manag-ement platform.In the data access stage,Kafka and Flume are use-d to realize the reliable data transmission between the collected dat-a of robotic fish and the platform.The collected data is converted and cleaned through Storm,provided to the display platform in realtime,and the data is stored in the database.In the database,accor-ding to the characteristics of water resources management,the spati-al index of GIS is used to meet the query demand of the display end for massive historical data.In the software development stage of the project,the requirements and functions of the water resource management platform are firstly sorted out and designed,and the s-ystem business architecture,system technical architecture and datab-ase are designed in detail according to the software engineering de-velopment standards strictly.System development using the MVC p-attern to implement the before and after the separation,the back-e-nd mainly use the Spring Boot with Node.Js technology,front-end based on GIS visualization display the contents of the robotic fish collected to map,at the same time,the front also use Echarts,the Require.Js,HTML,CSS,and other technology to provide help for data visualization,make the whole river basin water resources infor-mation more intuitive.In terms of data processing,the project usesneural network to calculate the domestic water consumption of resi-dents,and uses mathematical methods to calculate the precipitation and evaporation of local river basins.Finally,the combination of b-ig data processing and visual water resource management platform is realized.In order to verify the platform performance,this paper also provides detailed platform test details and procedures,mainly including the big data access module test environment,big data access module test process and platform function test.
