The Study On The Optimization Of Hydrological Equipment Operation And Maintenance Management Of Hunan Province

Hydrological facilities and equipment is the material basis of hydrological work.As the country pays more and more attention to the development of hydrology,governments have accelerated the pace of hydrological construction.In recent years,great changes have taken place in hydrological facilities and equipment in Hunan Province.The hydrological facilities and equipment has the characteristics of huge volume,various types,complex technology and high automation.This brings new challenges to the operation and maintenance management.The paper hopes to use the relevant theories of equipment management to combine the reality of hydrology,and to carry out research on strengthening the operation and maintenance management of equipment,so as to better play the comprehensive benefits of facilities and equipment.The paper uses literature search,investigation and other research methods to fully explain the research status of relevant theories at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the current situation of hydrological equipment operation and maintenance management in Hunan Province,and uses the fish bone map to analyze problems and deficiencies in depth.Using TNPM theory and Lean maintenance theory proposes an optimization scheme for equipment operation and maintenance management suitable for hydrological characteristics of Hunan Province.On the basis of reviewing TNPM theory and Lean maintenance theory,this paper proposes an operation and maintenance management mode based on standardized management,prevention and maintenance as a means,centralized management and full participation in the problem of the operation and management of hydrological facilities and equipment in Hunan Province.And from the preventive maintenance system,self-maintenance activities,organization and resource allocation,management norms,performance appraisal,information platform,several specific measures have been formulated to form a complete solution.This will provide useful experience for the integrated management of operation and maintenance of hydrological equipment in Hunan Province,and will play a positive role in improving the overall management efficiency of the hydrological industry in our province.
