Huanglongyan Provincial Nature Reserve in Wuyi Mountain is located in the northeast of Huanggang Mountain-the main peak of Wuyi mountains.The natural conditions here are superior and the ecosystem is complex and diverse.The research on plant diversity of Huanglongyan Nature Reserve is of great significance to maintain the balance of local ecosystem and protect biodiversity,etc.This paper explores the research from three aspects,i.e.plant flora,main vegetation types and their distribution patterns and diversity evaluation of different plant community species.Vascular plant species survey and plant community survey are adopted to carry out pre-research work,the data are analyzed by calculations of important value and diversity measure,and the diversity is evaluated to obtain the evaluation results.Based on the results,we comprehensively analyze the current situation of plant diversity in the reserve so as to plan the sustainable development strategy for plant diversity in the reserve.The evaluation results show that:(1)There are 169 families,624 genera and 1,263 species of vascular plants in the Huanglongyan Nature Reserve in Wuyi Mountain,of which the seed plants are 139 families,576 genera and 1136 species.The flora is characterized by:abundant plant species and relatively simple composition;flora components are mostly tropical and subtropical;the reserve belongs to the Holarctic Kingdom and the Sino-Japanese Forest Floristic Subkingdom in terms of flora,and flora components are very complex;the flora in the reserve has a long history and contains many ancient flora components;rare and endemic plant species are abundant.(2)The vegetation in the Huanglongyan Nature Reserve contains 8 major vegetation types,38 groups and 59 clusters.The tree commumity is mainly distributed in areas below the elevation of 1400m,and shrubs are mainly distributed in areas above the elevation of 1400m;as for the slope direction distribution,the plant community type is mostly distributed in the half-sunny slope;as for the graded distribution,the plant community type is mostly distributed in the range of 20°-30°,the species number of community types increases gradually with the decrease of the slope,and the distribution rate of shrubs in the gentle slope is higher.(3)Margalet's species richness index,Shannon-Wiener dominance index,Simpson diversity index and Pielou evenness index were used to investigate the species diversities of different plant communities in the reserve,and the comparison result showed that:in different groups of vegetation,the species diversities of Pinus massoniana-Lespedeza bicolor-Dicranopteris dichotoma community,Machilus leptophylla-Indocalamus tessellatus-Woodwardia japonica community and Castanopsis eyrei-Quercus phillyraeoides-Rhododendron farrerae-Woodwardia japonica community were generally higher,and the species diversity of Pinus taiwanensis-Lindera reflexa-Miscanthus sinensis community was lower.The species diversity and richness of the warm-temperature coniferous forest and the evergreen broad-leaved forest were relatively high,and the diversity of shrub layer in each community was also high and the species was equally distributed.The dominant species of the warm-temperate coniferous forest and the deciduous broad-leaved forest are few with the highest singularity,and the dominant species statuses of other vegetational dominant communities are not prominent.(4)There are major problems such as human disturbance,backward facilities,forest fire hazards and the effect of hydropower station in the reserve,therefore,the sustainable development strategy for plant diversity in the reserve should mainly focus on four aspects:sound management system,fire prevention and disaster prevention,improving the scientific research system and strengthening self-development ability.
