Study On The Development Of Marine Economy In Fujian Province

The ocean is a huge treasure house of human resources,with the depletion of a large number of land resources,the human have been turned to the ocean,how to efficiently use the marine resources has become an important issue in the new period to solve the problem of resource depletion.China has established the strategy of marine power,vigorously promote the structural reform of the supply side,promote the construction of comprehensive marine economic zone,and strive to build a powerful marine economy.Since 2010,Fujian marine industry output value accounted for the proportion of the province's GDP is stable at about25%.therefore,the development of marine economy in Fujian is highly valued by the State Council.November 2012 the State Council approved the Fujian Straits Blue Economic Experimental Zone,which is approved by the State Council fourth pilot province marine economic development plan,all of this has show that the Fujian Straits Blue Economic Experimental Zone was formally incorporated into the national strategic deployment,this will provide a rare historical opportunity for the development of marine economy in Fujian.Fujian is not a strong province of the sea,there are still many problems in the development of marine economy,so it is a great practical significance to study the development of marine economy in Fujian.I comprehensived utilize marine economic accounting theory,sustainable development theory,and industrial policy theory to study my thesis,this paper analyzes the existing problems and restricting factors of Fujian marine economy development situation,and learn from foreign experience,put forward the optimization path and supporting measures of marine economy in Fujian.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into 6parts,the first part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis;the second part from the development of Fujian marine economy analysis of the advantages and discuss the three marine industrial development;the third part from the advantages and restrictive factors of the comprehensive analysis of Fujian marine economy;the fourth part describes the advanced experience of the development of marine economy at home and abroad;the fifth part puts forward the optimization path of marine economy in Fujian;the sixth part is the safeguard measures for the development of marine industry in Fujian.At the present stage,the problems such as the small scale of marine economy in Fujian,the irrational industrial structure,and so on,are all the factors that affect the development of marine economy in Fujian.Therefore,this paper suggests that we should seize the state approved the construction of Fujian blue economic zone the opportunity to vigorously develop the marine leading industries,the transformation of traditional marine industries,expand marine industries,and improve the comprehensive marine management mechanism,marine industry support policies,pay more attention to the comprehensive measures of talent team construction and protection of the marine environment has a certain reference value for the development of Fujian marine economy.
