Study On The Development Of Marine Industry In Liaoning Province

During the "Eleventh Five-Year" and "Twelfth Five-year",China's development planning of marine industry has become one of the important national strategies.As the only coastal province in the northeast of China,Liaoning has a unique advantage of marine resources and land resources.So surveying the basic conditions of the marine industry development,analyzing the development status of marine industry,evaluating the marine industrial structure and researching the development path of the marine industry in Liaoning from multiple angle has great and far-reaching mean to promoting coordinated regional development,accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development,promoting the old industrial base of northeast.This paper takes the marine industry in Liaoning as the research object,and explores the issue of marine industry in Liaoning.At first,the article introduces the background and significance of the development of marine industry.And then the article introduces the theoretical basis of the marine industry.At last the article deep analyzes the three times industrial structure in Liaoning.The article generally analyze the natural conditions and present status of the marine industry in Liaoning through the methods such as literature data collection;and then the article qualitatively analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the development of marine industry in Liaoning;finally the article analyzes the trend of development of layout,industrial structure and industrial correlation.in Liaoning from the positive views and through the combined quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and fully carries out the static analysis and the dynamic comparison.This paper shows that in recent years,although the development trend of the marine industry in Liaoning is good,it also has some problems:such as Sea-land linkage development structure is not reasonable,ocean industries do not have a competitive advantage,irrational industrial structure,lacking of effective management system,unreasonable port construction,insufficient funds and manpower investment.According to the research results,the article puts forward some corresponding optimizing choices at layout,industrial structure and industrial correlation:1,perfecting the management system of marine industry development in Liaoning;2,coordinating the development of sea and land;3,vigorously developing the advantage industry of Liaoning marine and enhancing the competitiveness of pillar industry;4,improving the ability of marine's high technology and accelerate the development of marine emerging industry in Liaoning;5.improving system of the government financing.
