By the end of 2018,the total length of roads above Grade 4 in China has reached 4.5 million kilometers.Highway traffic has become a key factor for the rapid development of China's economy.Roads travel between different regions crossing the mountains and passing through the gullies.But these roads are inevitably affected by different types of geological disasters across different topography.There are many mountainous areas in the Fangshan area of Beijing,and the task of road transportation is heavy.It is a frequent occurrence area of geological disasters in North China.Therefore,the safe operation management of highways about the geological disasters of Fangshan Mountain has great research value.Taking the highway in FangShan district as the research object,this paper studies the highway safety management under the influence of geological disasters.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad.It is considered that the research on road safety management before and after geological disasters in mountainous areas is of great significance.Based on the basic situation of highway in FangShan district,this paper analyzes the characteristics of highway geological disaster in FangShan district and gives the reason analysis.On the basis of cause analysis,the paper collected relevant information of highway geological hazards,analyzed and summarized the existing practical experience,and put forward countermeasures for the safe operation management of highway in the down-mountain area before and after the disaster with the knowledge of project management.The level of disaster is classified.The disaster emergency plan and the process of disaster disposal at different levels are given.This paper gives some Suggestions on the disposal procedure,management mechanism,influencing factors and disposal measures of highway geological hazards in mountainous areas.The paper also analyzes the case of "junhong road" safe operation management which is being reconstructed after geological disaster in FangShan district.The study of this paper provides a targeted reference for highway safety operation management under the influence of multiple geological disasters in FangShan district.It can provide reference for the safe operation and management of highway in mountainous areas,especially the mountainous areas in north China where many geological disasters occur.The research of this paper has engineering and theoretical significance.
