Along with the deep transformation of the geology exploration profession, the competition between geology exploration units have changed from the closing to the opening environment . the geology exploration projects have more and more wide scope , its business is more and more diversification, its work period is more and more shorter, its project supervision asked more and more detailed, its project quality requested more and more higher and all kinds of information of geological exploration specialization present a geometric progression growth,which have made the management of geological exploration work been increasingly difficult. The key method to solve this problem is to implement geology exploration project informationization management, to break the inconsistencies in geographical space between the geology exploration units and the project team,even with each of the construction section .and then to promote the project to executive effectively between the geological exploration units and the project departments.To solve the existing problems such as implementing management being difficult, the low efficiency and disorderly data storing and managing of the geological exploration project management, this text studied the data organization and management through the theoretical researches combined with practical applications . Base on theoretical analysis ,this text realized the establishment of geological exploration project database,and then made a key research for it's spatial data standardized processing, which provide a technical support for the digital storage of geological exploration project material and data and for the informationization management of geological exploration projects .which provided solid data base for the development of geological exploration project management system,and then promote the development of geological exploration project informationization management of China Non-ferrous metals Resource Geological Survey.Firstly this article studied the keys technology of data organization and management. Such as the massive spatial data management technology in geology exploration project managing which use the data model as faced to the entities to manage the spatial data such as geological maps .and distributed data storage management system which is on the service oriented "vertical multistage ,horizontal grid" in data storage . Web Service technology , Web office technology, and the building development platform of MAPGIS. so that we can release ,browse , positioning and dynamically invocation of geology exploration project data, achieved the integrated management of diagrams and texts ,and realized the seamlessly connection of OA and GIS through the Web.Combined with practical applications, this article abstracts business model of geological exploration project management in China Non-ferrous metals Resource Geological Survey through study deeply the scope of business and workflow,and then provide the overall framework of geological exploration project management system which is based on business process of geological exploration project and has the special frame design mechanism (C/S offline system + B/S online system).According to the geological exploration project management ideas organizing and managing project information, this article puts forward geological exploration project data into attribute data, spatial data, and electronic document. Then used relational database, spatial database and document database to store them through the distributed way and use the project ID to connect and visit these three databases. And then it organizes project material and geological information form five longitudinal stages:project and demonstration, design and editing, organization and implementation, achievement report and submit data and reflects the macro progress from the " schedule, cost and quality" the three lateral aspects of project to meet the need of geological exploration project informationization management and to improve the speed of information sharing between geological exploration unit and project groups, between departments, project groups and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of geological exploration.Especially according to the generally existing problems in spatial data such as the maps system library are not inconsistent , data is not standard and unable to share , this article focuses on solving two problems namely unified system symbols library and unified layering with an attribute value. Through the practice , this article proposes "parameter conversions" to solve the technical process about these two problems ,which can systematically comprehensively ,batch and automatically normalize the spatial data .And it formulates the layer division standard , the layer naming standard and the layer attribute's structure standard , which solves the problems such as data cannot share from the view of the standardization.Base of work as above , we establishes the geological exploration project database from the data collection , data processing ,library body building to data storage through the example practice, which provides a solid data resources for geological exploration project realizing informatization , achieves the information integration and sharing services of geological space information faced to each unit of China Non-ferrous metals Resource Geological Survey , and then promotes the main routing and information-based construction of geological exploration about China Non-ferrous metals Resource Geological Survey.
