With the help of the construction of high level applied and key specialty in local universities,we construct the biochemistry course system of local university.We mix the teaching modes,which are " MOOCs teaching organization mode " + " deep learning mode on spoc line " + " flipped classroom teaching mode under spoc line ",to adapt to the economic and social development and industry needs.Our research create a new model of "4-3-2-1 " in the online open course system of biochemistry at local university based on MOOCs /SPOC.This study highlights the " brand meaning " in the construction of local colleges and universities,taking the construction of biochemistry online courses as a breakthrough to reflect the brand discipline or characteristics of school education,so as to optimize the professional structure of the whole school through the exemplary role of these brand specialty.The way of this thesis is mainly investigation,supplemented by literature.The author researches biology teaching related to agriculture majors of five colleges in Liaocheng University,including vocational education centers in the country,.The questionnaire is based on pedagogy and the biology teaching theory and other related research content.There are 1215 valid questionnaires among all the 1176 student questionnaires are collected,so the efficiency is 97 percent;there are total 61 teacher questionnaires,and 61 are collected,so the efficiency is 100 percent.The author take advantage of comparing,analyzing,inducing and doeing the statistics of the valid questionnaires.Microsoft Office Excel 2013 processing software is applied to process the data statistics of the valid questionnaires,and the results are as followings:Firstly,from the content of biochemistry curriculum,to emphasize the structure knowledge transfer is the majority.Secondly,from the terms of curriculum resources,emphasize the basic resources design of curriculum video,PPT,online testing and text data Thirdly,from the implementation level,the video teaching based on classroom record and handwritten interpretation,while providing space to support learners to exchange interactive space.Fourthly,from the evaluation level,there are many evaluation methods,for instance,diagnostic evaluation,formative assessment and curriculum accreditation,to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect of learners.Firstly,modular decomposition of online teaching content.The teaching content is decomposed into modular decomposition,and each module is discrete into a number of knowledge units to improve the timeliness of online learning.Secondly,design online learning " course guide " and supporting learning resources.Autonomous learning "curriculum guide " includes four parts: teaching syllabus,learning guide,learning task and learning advice.In design,the most important part is the learning task,whether to turn the knowledge points into problems,whether to provide convenient resource links and the corresponding practice.Thirdly,set up online autonomous learning platform.To guarantee the implementation of students online learning smoothly and the effectiveness of learning,two resources,software and hardware,are needed to support students to provide a platform for autonomous learning.Fourthly,the construction of online teaching quality assurance system.Changing the static model of teaching process and teaching evaluation.
