At present,the teaching of biochemistry in nursing specialty in secondary medical schools is not optimistic due to features of this course and factors of teachers and students.The main purpose of this study is to try to integrate related knowledge points of 11 professional courses on the basis of biochemistry knowledge in the biochemistry teaching of nursing major in secondary medical schools,then effectively frame the connection between biochemistry and professional courses,improve students' interest in learning biochemistry,make it easier for students to understand the knowledge of biochemistry,attach importance to biochemistry,and lay a certain foundation for the study of subsequent professional courses.The author analyzes the current situation of students and teachers in the biochemistry teaching of nursing major in secondary medical schools in the investigation method,and studies the relevant theories of subject integration teaching in the literature method.On this basis,the author sorted out the knowledge points related to the integration of biochemistry courses and eleven professional courses,reflected these knowledge points in the new biochemistry teaching design used in two experimental classes of Wenshan medical school.Through the methods of action research and experiment,the students in these two classes were put into the teaching practice of biochemistry under the background of multi-disciplinary integration,and the teaching design was summarized,reflected and improved.Finally,the practical results were analyzed by the method of investigation and research.Practice has proved that the integration of related contents of 11 professional courses in biochemistry teaching is helpful to guide students to build interdisciplinary knowledge connection,establish a holistic view of knowledge,and improve students' interest in learning biochemistry,the ability of combining theory with practice and comprehensive analysis of problems.The research also enables biochemistry to better serve professional courses,which is of great significance to improve the use of the biochemical knowledge after the entry of students and finally change the status quo of biochemistry teaching in the nursing specialty in secondary medical schools.
