With the global warming,increased frequently of extreme weather,the increasing complexity of the sociol-economic environment,the impacts of typhoon disasters are growing,and it has become a popular research topic of the world's natural disasters.Our country is located in the Pacific Ocean in the West Bank,which has a long coastline and vast water areas,both for the economic development of our country,especially provides a good objective natural conditions in the coastal city development,on the other hand,because of its unique geographic location makes the coastal areas of China into a typhoon disaster-prone areas.Therefore,the direct economic losses and indirect economic losses caused by typhoon reasonably effective assessments have become an urgent and important practical problems currently facing our country.Based on the original typhoon disasters losses statistics,this article introduces a new evaluation method for the typhoon disasters risk level assessments of the direct economic losses,which innovative new contents and methods of disasters' risk assessments.At the same time,constructing an input-output model to calculate various industry departments associated with the indirect economic losses,thus provides a reference for the typhoon disaster economic losses evaluation of the indirect economic losses.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the typhoon disasters economic losses.For the typhoon disasters occurred frequently in China and caused huge economic losses,assessment methods of typhoon disasters on direct economic losses and indirect economic losses are raised,in combination with the research purpose and significance of China's national conditions.Secondly,an entropy method improved by standardized transformation is applied to the weight assignment.Selecting the coastal provinces which were severely affected by the typhoon disasters,including Guangdong,Fujian,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,Guangxi province during the year from 1990 to 2014.The assessment indexes of statistical data including the disaster death toll,affected area,collapse of the rent and the direct economic losses.Using the statistical data given above,a risk level evaluation model is set up,and following we get the comprehensive evaluation indexes.Then,clustering analysis is used to analyze andclassification is done for the comprehensive evaluation indexes,at the last,we analyze the over trend about the whole coastal provinces of their changes.The advantage of it can simplify the typhoon disasters risk grade evaluation methods.Thirdly,based on the input-output model,we defined the losses of agricultural,forestry,animal husbandry,fisheries industry as the direct economic losses,established the quantitative analysis model to assess the industry associations of the indirect economic losses on typhoon disasters.On the other hand,due to the typhoon disaster has a wide range,more time will make certain damages and losses to multiple industries,and has correlation with other industry,so in that part of the study,we mainly on agriculture,electricity,construction and tourism as a direct economic loss of data,analyze the associated indirect economic losses of multiple sectors,and according to the data to analyze and compare the other departments of industry correlation size,putting forward the effective pre-disaster defense and post-disaster recovery advice.Finally,summary and outlook.Making a comprehensive analysis of the main conclusion of the study,putting forward a sound economic typhoon disaster losses assessment comments and suggestions for the future research for prospects.
