Professional development of teachers has been the focus in the field of education, instructional design is the externalization of teachers' teaching concept, and therefore there's certain significance. The new curriculum is still reforming, teachers' teaching philosophy also need to update constantly, the study of teaching design ability also needs to keep up with the times. The primary way of teachers' professional development and training is normal education, so to a certain degree, the research of normal students' ability of Instructional Design can help to improve the professional development of teachers, and it is of great importance to improving teachers' teaching ability and teaching quality.The author found that the current research on the Students' Teaching design capacity was more about investigate the status quo after reviewed various kinds of literature, even if the research is about the ability of training, it also lacks of theoretical knowledge-based support. So after a tot of research literature, the author take basis on training of theoretical research on the ability of teaching designation and take mathematics normal students after the teaching internship as objects of the survey, conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed research and teaching design cases.The author research the teaching design ability with five dimensions as teaching content analysis ability, learner analysis ability, the ability to prepare teaching objectives, teaching strategies and teaching ability to use reflective ability to study. The results of questionnaire is much more optimistic, but the teaching content analysis ability and the ability to use teaching strategies is a little weaker. There are two obvious differences: 42.96 percent of the normal students can't grasp the method of mathematical of the teaching content analysis, and there are almost 85 percent normal students tend to choose teaching method when teaching. Instructional Design Case Study Results is worse than the result of questionnaire survey in follow points. The designing ability of normal students is not ideal; teaching process design has been lacking in guiding students; teaching reflection is only half-heartedly. At last, according to the theoretical research of teaching design ability and combined with questionnaire survey, cases analysis, the author presented the strategies of how to training teaching design ability from the point of the college and the point of normal students themselves.
