Entrepreneurial Environment Evaluation Of College Students

Entrepreneurship is the trend of the times, economic globalization and knowledge economy era provides a good opportunity for the business, entrepreneurial activity has played an important role in the world economic development. In China, with the growing pressure of employment, more and more college students took the entrepreneurial road ,which has aroused extensive attention. Entrepreneurial environment is important for entrepreneurs, good entrepreneurial environment is a prerequisite for business success, how to provide students a good entrepreneurial environment for entrepreneurs has become an urgent problem need to be solved now. This article studies the entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system of Chinese college students in case of Jiangsu Province, aimed to provide some guidance for government and other relevant departments to improve the entrepreneurial environment of local university students.This paper first reviews the entrepreneurial environment of the college students at home and abroad, and expounds the theory of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment, defines the meaning of entrepreneurship of college students, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education of college students; second section describes the background and the business situation of Chinese students, summed up students three modes of college students entrepreneurship: in-school part-time entrepreneurship, vacation entrepreneurship and graduate entrepreneurship. And then builds a entrepreneurial environment of Chinese college students evaluation index system on the basis of research results about entrepreneurial environment in the past, combined with the actual college students’ venture to start business.And modified by using Delphi method, finally obtains the evaluation index system which contains six-level indicators and thirty four secondary indicators. At the same time, the paper collects data from 250 college students entrepreneurs in Jiangsu Province by means of questionnaire, field interview, and tests the reliability and validity of data, using AHP to determine weights of evaluation indexes, and then analyzes relative importance of indicators under the target weight of indicators, and then in comparative analysis with the status of entrepreneurial environment of Jiangsu college students to explore the suggestions to optimize college students entrepreneurial environment.Research that: Government policies and support ,higher education and related training, financial support play a leading role in the current entrepreneurial environment for students.But the current implementation of the policy is not high, entrepreneurship education is not in-depth, the channel of financial support is narrow, such factors influence the development of college students entrepreneurship. Therefore, the view is that entrepreneurial environment of college students should make efforts to improve from the sides of "policy, entrepreneurship education, financial support ", to promote students entrepreneurship flourish.
