Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Personality,Entrepreneurial Environment And College Students'high Entrepreneurial Happiness

With the advent of the Internet era,the rapid development of cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other high-tech tools has had a profound impact on College Students' employment,and college students' entrepreneurship has become a hot spot in recent years.In the past,the field of sociology paid more attention to the entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial willingness of college students,which reflected the external entrepreneurial environment.It often ignored the difficulty and sadness of College Students' entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship,and paid less attention to the psychological level of College Students' entrepreneurs.This paper chooses the psychological status of College Students' entrepreneurs as the research focus,explores the hardships and difficulties of College Students' entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship,and seeks ways to help them improve their entrepreneurial happiness,so as to help college students' entrepreneurs ease the pressure and anxiety of entrepreneurship,and encourage more college students who are hesitant about entrepreneurship to participate in entrepreneurial activities,To better realize their pursuit of vigorous life.Based on the expectation theory and the related research of well-being in psychology,this paper puts forward the deep exploration of College Students' entrepreneurial well-being on the basis of previous studies.Combined with the elements of entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial environment,this paper puts forward the theoretical model of Influencing College Students' high entrepreneurial well-being.The results show that:(1)single entrepreneurial personality or entrepreneurial environment can not constitute the necessary conditions for college students to have high entrepreneurial well-being,but improving family support,social support and initiative personality can produce multiple paths leading to college students' high entrepreneurial well-being;(2)There are two types of driving mechanism of College Students' high entrepreneurial well-being,namely,environment support oriented and entrepreneurial personality oriented.After comparison,it is found that different environmental support and entrepreneurial personality focus on different,but can lead to high happiness of college students.According to the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for different objects.To sum up,this paper enriches the research of College Students' entrepreneurship to a certain extent,and provides a new perspective for the psychological aspects of College Students' entrepreneurship.At the same time,the conclusion of this paper also provides theoretical and practical guidance for the formulation and support of contemporary college students' entrepreneurship policy.
