Research On Multi-Dimension Integrated Management And Evaluation Of Large-Scale Construction Projects

In this dissertation, under the analysis on development of current construction project management theory, the author discusses the latest integrated management direction of large-scale construction projects. Then the three dimensions theory of the integrated management of large-scale construction projects is proposed, including integrated element management, process integration and knowledge integration.Every element of the large-scale construction projects will affect and associate each other, which cause we must carry out full and effective integrated management of large-scale construction projects. And carry out synthesis management and control on large-scale construction projects by means of integrated management of the various objects of construction projects. The process integrated management of the large-scale construction projects tends to satisfy the balance of every aspect in construction period and operating period, and even bring forward the implementation scheme which makes all participants satisfied. On the other hand, the process integrated management of the large-scale construction projects focus on the effective link-up between the various stages and reduces the losses of the construction projects.The knowledge integrated management of the large-scale construction projects mainly collects the project management knowledge and information from inside and outside the project team, and makes full use of the information technology and knowledge integration technology. Thus establish the knowledge-based organizations and knowledge-based integration platform based these knowledge and information of construction projects, and promote the exchange of knowledge and information sharing. So that we can train the knowledge-sharing talent of project teams, create the knowledge and information sharing environment. Then raise the talent of knowledge innovation to project teams, to ultimately achieve the effective management of the large-scale construction projects.Finally, the dissertation evaluates the integrated management of the large-scale construction projects. The organization of large-scale construction projects is taken as evaluation object. Given the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) evaluation methods and models, the dissertation demonstrated the effectiveness of integration methods and measures of integrated management of the large-scale construction projects.
