| As the information society is approaching, the construction industry, a traditional low-technology one, encounters challenges from the information technology in maintaining its sustainable development. Moreover, the construction industry must absorb advanced management ideologies, theories and methods from other industries. Under the environment of large-scale DB/EPC projects and the supports from the modern information technology, this thesis proposes a concept of the integrated supply chain management of large-scale DB/EPC projects through combining the concept of the supply chain management and the integration into the project management of large-scale DB/EPC projects.Taking large-scale DB/EPC projects as its research object, this thesis firstly gives a general introduction to DB/EPC projects, the construction supply chain management and the concept of integration based upon which a new conceptual model of the integrated supply chain management of large-scale DB/EPC projects is formulated, and a brief analysis to the information integration, the process integration, the participant integration and the relationship among them. And then, the information integration model, information classification and standardization are studied, and the conceptual model of information integration management system and the logical structure of information integration management platform are formulated. The security problems in information integration management system are also analyzed and countermeasures are also given. Finally, the participant classification and problems among them in large-scale DB/EPC construction supply chain are analyzed, and the thesis proposes to adopt the supply chain coordination management to solve the problems in the participant integration. In addition, the conceptual model of the supply chain coordination management system based on multi-agent and a framework of the coordination management platform are formulated. |
