The management of large-scale construction enterprise is a systematic project. How to strengthen enterprise management and enhance enterprises'core competitiveness, has become a common concern for enterprises. As a result of the complex characteristic of modern large-scale construction enterprise management and the restriction of traditional management pattern, the large-scale construction enterprise is confronting with many difficulties in the process of enterprise management, needing the guidance of a set of management idea, which accords with the enterprise management request. Based on the comparative study of the current management patterns of the large-scale construction enterprises, this thesis selects and develops the integrated enterprise management pattern, and puts forward the multi-dimension integrated management pattern of the large-scale construction enterprises.Firstly, this thesis compares the status and management level of the large-scale construction at home and abroad, analyses the management problems that exists in the large-scale construction enterprises, and points out the necessity of changing the traditional management pattern. Secondly, this thesis detailed discusses four management patterns of the large-scale construction enterprises, including the enterprise group management, supply chain management, virtual enterprise management, integrated management pattern. Based on the comprehensive analysis, this thesis put forward that the necessary way of resolving the large-scale construction enterprise management problems is multi-dimension integrated of the enterprise. Thirdly, for how to achieve large-scale construction enterprises multi-dimension integrated, some basic models are established, and the content of totally the integrated of large-scale construction enterprises is analyzed, including 3D organization integration, resources integration based on optimal allocation and the goal integration based on the project life cycle. The way that using of information technology to build integrated management system is pointed out. Fourthly, the designation and implementation of the large-scale integrated enterprise management system is discussed, including systems integration technology structure, function integrated design and data integration planning. Finally, this thesis discusses the practice of SNEB integrated management system that achieved the expected results, and proposes follow-up construction suggestions.The study of this thesis provides a pattern for large-scale construction enterprise management. This pattern integrates a large number of enterprise management elements from multi-angle and provides a basis the large-scale integrated enterprise management system.
