Objectives integrated management of construction project is a focus of research inthe field of project management for now, with the economic globalization andurbanization accelerated, the large-scale project becomes the dominant trend of societydevelopment. However, the majority researches of large-scale project’s objectivesintegrated management were limited to two or three mainly objectives (Quality, Cost,Schedule), and ignored several objectives which are high correlation and influence withthem during the currently research. The complicated structure and complex function oflarge-scale project has required objective management strictly. Therefore, the paperchooses Quality, Cost, Schedule and another topic named HSE (Health, Safety andEnvironment) to integrate and manage. For one side, it enriched the conception oflarge-scale project’s multi-objective management, for another side, it wouldcommendably accommodate the focus of research of large-scale project’smulti-objective integrated management. The paper firstly analyses integration and integrated management’s connotationand characteristics, then it defines the conception of large-scale project’s multi-objectiveintegrated management, simultaneously, it analyses its feature and notice, whichbecomes the basic of following research. Secondly, it presents the principle and processof how to build system of evaluation, by which it determines the system of evaluation oflarge-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management, concluding Quality, Cost,Schedule, Health, Safety and Environment (which called sub-objective or second-levelobjective), and acquired32third-level objectives (or executable objective) bydisintegrating the sub-objectives, in the meanwhile, the paper explains each executableobjective. Thirdly, according to the foregoing theoretical foundation, by using RS(Rough Set) which reducts14redundant indicators (first reduction:8indicators, secondreduction:6indicators); then by applying PCA (Principal Component Analysis) toreduce dimensions and obtain principle components, and building the evaluation modelof large-scale project’s multi-objective integrated management, furthermore, it proposessome thoughts and corresponding countermeasures. Finally, by taking a project case tostudy and demonstrate the evaluation model and eventually achieved the result that isfeasible and available, besides, it finishes the countermeasure analysis of evaluationmodel. Through the conception of large-scale project’s multi-objective integratedmanagement, system of evaluation, evaluation model and countermeasures analysis, thepaper puts forward a fairly delicate method of large-scale project’s multi-objectiveintegrated management which enriched its content, and, it benefits for the manager tohave a general integrated management on the whole and improves the competitivenessof objective management. Consequently, it’s of important theoretical and practicalmeaning to this study.
