The Research On Industrial Structure’s Optimization Of International City In Urumqi

With national western development strategy, "counterpart support Xinjiang" policies, and "silk road economic belt" strategy that was advocated by the chairman of China, Xi Jinping, recently, the development of Xinjiang economy would enter the golden period. As the center of politics, economy, culture, science and technology in Xinjiang and the western region in our country to central Asia and west Asia regional center of excellence for the forefront of opening to the outside world, Urumqi put forward the goal of international city construction, to enhance the level of our country in the western region’s economic development and the international influence of China has a very important strategic significance.In this paper, on the basis of previous research, with the strategy of "silk road economic belt" as the breakthrough point, explored the development path of internationalization city in Urumqi under the background of the strategy. From the forming path of the main internationalization cities in the world, summarized the development law of international city. Constructed the measure index system of urban internationalization degree and used the related data and formula to estimate the international city level in Urumqi from 2003 to 2013.The calculation results showed that the internationalization of Urumqi in the 11 years has a upward trend and obtained a good achievement. But the level of internationalization in 2013 was only 46.13% of the international city level, there was a great gap compared to international city. Then using the method of SWOT to deeply analysis that the situation of the industrial structure of Urumqi, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the industrial structure, the opportunities and challenges of international city industrial structure’s optimization in the future. Studying that how to classify the internationalization city and how to combine the actual development situation of international city construction in Urumqi. On the basis of them, the author provided the goal of the international city construction in Urumqi:The regional comprehensive city, which has both economic and cultural status, could radiate and affect central Asia and west Asia region. Finally combining the experiences of international city industrial structure’s optimization in the domestic and foreign with construction principles of international city in Urumqi, put forward the path of the internationalcity industrial structure’s optimization in Urumqi: stabilizing the first industry,strengthening the second industry, protruding the third industry. To make the three industries be an organic whole, in order to realize mutual linkage, promotion and common development in among them.
