A Study On The New Industrialization Of Urumqi Based On The Analysis Of Industrial Structure

At present, opening up large new stage of the new era, Xinjiang is facing major historicopportunity. Due to the special nature of the core interests, Xinjiang work forum planed for acomprehensive support-policy to advance on leaps and bounds and long-term stability ofXinjiang. Achieving leapfrog development of Xinjiang is the historic mission entrusted by thetimes which is a very difficult task. To catch up with the pace of national development, thekey of Xinjiang development is to accelerate the new industrialization. But the industrialstructure optimization upgrading of new industrialization is an important new work of thenew industrialization, especially in the current of transformation of economic development ofthe China.With the transformation of economic development period containing a profoundchange in international and domestic industry transfer, the development of Xinjiang have beenstanding at a new historical starting point. In this context, accelerating the optimization andupgrading of industrial structure seems more urgent.As been Xinxiang’s capital, how to conduct the industrial structure, and the choice of theleading industries, and how to take the road of new industrialization, Urumqi has beenin-depth study. But studying on the local region of Xinjiang industrial structure optimizationand the new industrialization is few. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative methods areused to make empirical research.This article is divided into five parts: The first chapter of the paper introduces theresearch of the background, determines the significance of the study and content, clarifies theideas and methods; the second chapter analysis the changes in the status quod of industrialstructure and industrial structure in Urumqi. Chapter III is faced with the choice of the leadingindustries in Urumqi; In the fourth chapter, based on the analysis of the former chapters, anew type of industrialization model and path are induced in future of Urumqi; The end chapter,based on the actual situation in Urumqi, the measures and proposals are given to promotingnew industry in Urumqi.
