| Urumqi as the capital of Xinjiang is located in the geographic center of the Asian continent,it is the political,economic,science and technology cultural center,it is a window of China's West foreign economic and technological cooperation and trade exchange.“Silk Road Economic Belt” is proposed as a product of economic globalization,brings new opportunity for development of Urumqi,with the implementation of the strategy of the construction of “International Trade City”,the goal of opening to the west and developing to be an international city is gradually clear.In recent years,with the rapid development of international trade and communication in the city,regional influence has expanded to central Asia.It already has the characteristics of regional international city.This paper is based on the theory of extensively literature and organize a large number of relevant international city.This paper mainly used the literature analysis and data statistics method.Expounds the summary of relevant theories,including cosmopolitan city connotation,classification and general evaluation index.This paper expounds the construction of international city in Urumqi,capital of significance.Discusses the internationalization of Urumqi city construction of four big advantage and the status quo,analysis of the current measures from four aspects.From seven aspects of internationalization of Urumqi city construction results evaluation are given,and put forward the evaluation indexes suitable for local actual,in addition,analyzes the problems existing in the internationalization of Urumqi city construction is still;Has been clear about the target of the construction of the internationalization of Urumqi city,put forward the five center construction as the lead to promote internationalization of urumqi city construction of relevant countermeasures and suggestions,finally puts forward the safeguard measures to strengthen the construction of internationalization of urumqi city. |
