The Study Of Wenzhou Family Farm E-commerc E Developing Policy

At present, "Internet+" has become a craze, many traditional industries’extension which were rely on the Internet got new leap-forward development. Family farms have been developing rapidly in recent years, and have been referred in the NO.1 central document of the last few years. Internet+ is not only a shock to the traditional industry, but also an opportunity, to create a suitable environment for the development of e-commerce in the family farm will be a breakthrough point of the new rural construction, as well as the hot spot of academic research.This study selected Wenzhou, Zhejiang as the research object, comprehensively use literature research, survey research, field research methods, visited Yueqing, Ruian, Ouhai, Lucheng and other counties in Wenzhou, to understand the current situation of the development of family farms in Wenzhou, to analyze the shortage of Wenzhou family farm’s e-commerce development, and put forward policy recommendations of Wenzhou family farm e-commerce development under point of view of Internet.This paper is divided into five parts:In the first part, the purpose and significance of the research, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the research contents and methods, the research methods and the technical route, and the research characteristics and innovations are introduced; The second part defines the connotation of the family farm and e-commerce, and expounds the contents of public policy theory, agricultural informatization, agricultural modernization theory and so on;The third part mainly introduces the present situation of Wenzhou family farm’s e-commerce development, and analyze the limiting factors and policy requirements of e-commerce development;The fourth part summarizes Wenzhou city and zhejiang province’s policy and implementation plan of developing agricultural e-commerce, and analyzed the policys’ function in developing Wenzhou family farm e-commerce.In the fifth part, on the basis of the above present situation analysis and policy analysis, put forward the policy suggestions of wenzhou family farm e-commerce develpment, first of all local government should vigorously promote the construction of third-party e-commerce platform and the development of family farms O2O mode; Secondly, improve the logistics and financial environment of the family farm; thirdly, promote family farm e-commerce training and technical guidance services; Finally, build a family farm e-commerce developing collaborative mechanism, completes the e-commerce basic condition construction ensurance.
