Xinjiang LY company belongs to Shandong XF group, was incorporated in 2009. The project of XF in Xinjiang is one of the most important and greatest projects that the autonomous region and the Corps attracted from overseas. The project was founded in the X Regiment Industrial Park of the Sixth Division, The scale of investment is very large. In order to correspond to the national policy of large-scale development of China’s Western region, Shan dong XF Group began to invest and construct an extra large enterprise in W city of Xinjiang on June,1999.which includes power generation, aluminum, carbon, coal and is made up of 5 companies— Aluminum Inc, coal and electricity company, carbon company, coal company, asphalt company.Xinjiang LY company made a plan to spend 3 or 5 years and invest 60 billion for constructing the industrial chain in W city which has a capacity of producing 3 million tons aluminum, 1500000 tons carbon, 1200000 tons of coal, and processing 300000 tons tar and deep processing aluminum facilities. 4 thermal power stations for 360,000 kilowatts, 4 thermal power stations for 11,000,000 kilowatts will be founded as well.In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market changes, the survival and development of enterprises are facing and the severe challenge. Show that a large amount of theory and practice, the strategic management of enterprises is the fundamental way to gain sustainable competitive advantage in the complicated and changeable business environment. In addition, with the development of economic globalization, China’s enterprises must carry out the international competition and the Multi-National Corporation, this request enterprise must according to the change of external environment, combined with its own resources, proper planning of enterprise competition strategy, to achieve sustained competitive advantage for the enterprise management, the key and the core is the strategic management.Combined with the current situation of the development of LY company, this thesis analyzes the developmental strategies of the enterprise, compares and analyzes the existing advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the solution to the problem in the foundation of the development of the external environment of the in-depth analysis of LY company, namely the construction and choice of the developmental strategies. All kinds Analysis methods, theories and strategies used in this thesis will have an important and practical guiding significance on the development of similar industries, as well as certain practical significance.
