China National Chemical Engineering No.14Construction Company (hereinafter refered to as "CC-14") belonged to Construction enterprise is in the lower position of construction industry. The company is facing fierce competition in the market with the changing of domestic policy and international environment, therefore long-term development strategy is necessary. The goal of this paper is to formulate development strategy for CC-14Construction Company.To avoid the defect of wide topic, the author is going to analyze the main industry instead of whole summary to the company. This paper introduces the specific situation of CC-14Construction Company, determines the coal chemical engineering construction for the company’s main industry, puts forward the significance of developing the main industry, expounds the features of coal chemical engineering construction and related theory of enterprise management. The paper analyzes the external environment of CC-14Construction Company, analyze the micro environment with the help of "PEST" model and the industrial environment using the model of Porter WULI. Analyze and evaluate the internal environment.
