With the development of reform and open policy and economic system,the development of private enterprises has gradually attracted the attention of the state,plays a more and more important role in the economic development of China.Through the survey can be found in recent years,the number of private enterprises gradually increased, the scale is also expanding, and in the development of continue to introduce the domestic and foreign advanced technology and management philosophy.Therefore,domestic and foreign investors of private enterprises in the development of more and more attention.In the rapid development of private enterprises will also face enormous competitive pressure from all aspects,but their performance evaluation has not made any progress.It is understood that at present most enterprises are still using key performance indicators to evaluate the performance of enterprises,however,this performance evaluation method has been unable to meet the development of enterprises.Aiming at the shortage of traditional performance evaluation index is putting forward, the private enterprise should according to their own situation with the new performance evaluation method to evaluate enterprise performance.The to private enterprises as the object of study by the analysis to the performance evaluation index system of the company,the EVA and the balanced scored card combination of new performance evaluation method,to evaluate the performance of a company.EVA and the balanced scored card combination of performance evaluation system combines the advantages of EVA and the balanced scorecard, the performance evaluation system to economic increase in value as the core, to the Balanced Score card financial, customer, internal business process, learning and growth of several dimensions as a carrier, the reconstruction of the of EVA and the balanced scorecard based performance evaluation system,according to the degree of importance of the goals set up performance evaluation indicators and weights are given. Finally, the EVA balanced score card application performance evaluation system in a company,analyzes the completion of a company in the current evaluation system and evaluation system for new build performance.Through the analysis of the article, it is concluded that the new evaluation system of enterprise performance evaluation is better than the existing evaluation system..And the enterprise should according to their specific circumstances to make a suitable performance evaluation system of their own..At the same time, the enterprise should adopt reasonable incentive policy to improve the enthusiasm of the staff.
