Chinese government begins to promote public entrepreneurship and innovation from 2015, and it sets off waves of entrepreneurship, many enterprises try to seize the opportunities, taking the initiative to adapt to new economic norm, actively planning to transform their development strategy, making adequate preparation for better innovation. If Enterprises want to develop, making a correct and feasible development strategy is the prerequisite. In the economic globalization and the "Internet plus" background, how to integrate the enterprise public entrepreneurship, innovation tide, and further optimize the allocation of resources, improve the core competitiveness and consolidate market position, rational planning of enterprise development strategic transformation, is placed in numerous enterprises in China, especially a tough task in front of private enterprises.Based on DG high-tech medical group, using basic principles and methods of management science, economics and sociology, from the enterprise strategic management and strategic transformation of the basic concepts, analysing internal and external development environment of DG high-tech medical group facing, setting up enterprise strategic transformation motivation analysis model and the enterprise strategic transformation capability graph analysis model, to explore the transformation of enterprise development strategy mode, analyse transformation of agents and the contents, clear strategic transformation path and key implementation, proposing to change management concept, to raise sufficient funds, the construction of talent team, to master new technology are important guarantee conditions of the transformation of enterprise development strategy.
