At present, China’s property industry is developing with increasingly fierce competition, and expanding scale alway industries. At the same time, with the improvement of the minimum wage, labor costs also increase. But that does not fundamentally solve the made of coastal city staff shortage problem. So in pursuit of scale at the same time, how hold effectively for employee relationship management has become the focus of the property enterprise human resources management.HQ property industry is A level of property management company in Guangzhou, and it has developed rapidly.For the high labor costs and the problem of staff turnover,There is a need to find a solvtion to improve the stability and motivation of the team.Through the study of employee relations and human resources theory, using interview and questionnaire, the author found that although the HQ company made some achievements in employee relationship management, There are still problems with their employee communication management, relationship management, employee involvement and the enterprise culture construction, etc. Which leads to employees’ enthusiasm and low awareness of the enterprise. To solve,these problems the manatement department are required to requires management from strengthen communication management, broaden the employee’s participation, perfect training system and cultivate human-oriented enterprise culture to promote staff cohesion and well-being, perfect the enterprise culture, and improve organizational performance.Based on the analyzed of HQ property company’s employee relationship management.The author design the plan to perfect the company’s employee relationship management.Which lays the basic of the successs of the company and provides’ reference for the development of other property induxtries at the same time.
