Knowledge economy era, one of the most intuitive and is the basic characteristics of an unprecedented increase knowledge as a factor of production status. In this background, knowledge become the realization of all other human requirements expected goals, the premise of knowledge production itself become the center of the social and economic life; At the same time, in the process of the evolution of the industrial age to the knowledge age, the work value from "work is a means to an end" to "seek the intrinsic value of the work. All this in our organization and society have a huge and far-reaching influence in the life.Especially in post financial crisis era, our country manufacturing industry increasingly fierce market competition, talent competition has gradually increased, harmonious and stable, open tolerance of employee relations become an important magic weapon enterprises attract talents and conservation. Nowadays, many domestic private enterprises pay more and more attention to employee relationship management, but most are still in its beginning and exploring stage, and although done a lot of hard work, but still exist many problems of employee relationship management, a set of real conform to the domestic private enterprises, especially manufacturing employee relationship management system still need continuous improvement in the process of practice, and to be able to fall to the ground. And how to establish and perfect an open, sharing, win-win symbiosis and employee relationship management system, for the moment to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development has far-reaching significance.This article from four aspects to the SD group employee relationship management problems are studied and analyzed.First of all, the author analysis the paper selected topic background, purpose and meaning, through to the domestic private enterprise employee relations management theory research, the paper’s research methods are put forward.Secondly, through the summary, induction and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on employee relations of relevant theoretical research results, introduced the important theory of employee relationship management, analyzed the enterprise employee relationship management meaning, content, purpose, and the basis of theoretical analysis.Third, according to the reality of the SD group management, emphatically analyzed the SD group, human resources present situation, the employee relationship management present situation and existing problems were analyzed, and find out the reasons which restrict the development of the SD group employee relationship management. Finally, the author combines the social exchange theory to analyze the status of relationship management SD staff and improve employee relationship management of SD group thinking. Hope can SD group employee relationship into the open cooperation, sharing, win-win and symbiotic employee relationship management system, from the employee relationship management but also for the same industry.
