| With people’s desire to improve the living environment more and more urgent and the fierce competition in the real estate industry,high-quality property services have become one of the first choice factors for people to consider when buying a house.Studying the employee relationship management of property enterprises and building harmonious employee relations have important significance for improving the level of human resource management and the competitiveness of property enterprises.In this paper,employee relationship management as a specific research object,first discusses the domestic and foreign employee relationship management research theory and research status,and then take Guizhou B property Management Co.,Ltd as an example to carry out the analysis and research.This paper comprehensively combs the current situation of employee relations management in the company from three aspects consisted of labor relations,institutional relationship and emotional relationship.Through the research,seven problems in employee relationship management of the company have been found such as "opposition-negative labor relationship atmosphere","scattered power of employee relationship management,low efficiency of multiple management" and "coexistence of various forms of employment,which highlights the unfair".It also analyzes the causes of the above problems from the aspects of external reasons,organizational characteristics and staff characteristics.In view of the problems and causes of employee relationship management in the company,this paper puts forward six management measures including "building a comprehensive safeguard mechanism of employee relationship management","establish people-oriented corporate culture and positive atmosphere of labor relations","build the multifaceted,multilevel and multifaceted excitation mechanism","implement the policy of equal pay for equal work and the differential policy of employee relationship management","improving the level of democratic management and the effectiveness of communication","construct the long-term psychological contract management mechanism based on employee satisfaction survey" and "psychological test and consultation","employee assistance program","appeals board","post rotation","promotion channelsfor informal employees" management methods. |
