With the reformation of the economic system,the environment of operating management in companies encounters tremendous changes.The construction of enterprise employee has been transformed from labour-intensive industry to innovative and knowledgeable directions.Human resource is the key factor for company's success.Relationship management in human resources is critical to retain the talents and to make full use of these talents in companies.The relationship between companies and employees experienced huge change these days,and the concept of traditional employment is been taken place by the concept of modern staff relationship.The labour management relation imbalance exposed in the traditional society gradually become win-win situation inside organizations.What's more,the format of employment becomes more open-more flexible and more personalized.Nevertheless,the inadequates and problems in managing human resources are increasing in contemporary corporate management,such as constantly labour dispute,poor communications in daily work and less conscious activity.With the continuous change of modern management,employee relationship management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management.So,how to manage employee's relationship in modern transformation environment is a real challenge confronted by modern corporations,and this is also one of the most important field that the academic of human resources major should pursue.For the problems discussed above,this paper firstly introduced the definition of employee relationship management in every detail,as well as the development of relevant theories——from initiate Scientific Management Theory to the widely used Corporate Culture Theory and Psychological Contract Theory in modern business.Then selected ZSJ Company as the specific objective,the author conducted on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys to analyse the existing employee relationship management policy in ZSJ Company.Based on the full investigation of the status quo of employee relationship management,the author explored the weakness and problems existed in the current policy.At the same time,the author also introduced the excellent performance of employee relationship management in Wal-Mart.The author gave some recommends to optimize employee relationship management: corporate culture,communication management,employee motivations,service and support,and etc.The author also highly recommended building up a dynamic mechanism of employee relationship management optimization system by DPCA cycle management model,which made the optimization policy to form a virtuous cycle,as a result,to perform a better practical effectiveness continuously.
