F Printing Company belongs to the packaging&printing industry,which is in a period of pain as a typical traditional manufacturing industry.Technology,market,capital and more facts bother all the packaging&printing companies.Meanwhile,the backward concept of the human resource restricts the development and the innovation of the packaging&printing industry.Moreover,the industry collectively ignores the importance of the Employee Relations Management(ERM).With the hard recovery of the global economy,a new round of scientific and technological revolution is ready to be carried out,and the economic base and the objective environment of the traditional packaging&printing industry are changing tempestuously.During the last decade,F Printing Company has reformed a lot,such as the transformation of state-owned enterprises,mergers and acquisitions,relocation,being listed to National Equities Exchange and Quotations and so on.The inner management of the F Printing Company has been synchronously transforming to the modem enterprise management.However,the backward and faulty employee relations management of the producing workers in F Printing Company cannot satisfy the demand of the development and transformation of the labor intensive enterprise.Obviously,the management of the labor relation,the interpersonal communication,the employee motivation,the employee assistance program(EAP),and the construction of enterprise culture in F Printing Company has plenty of the serious problems,which reduces the producing workers'sense of satisfaction.Under these circumstances,the producing workers in F Printing Company cannot produce a strong sense of identity or the will of a long service with the company because of the low working enthusiasm and the company loyalty.This paper shows ERM of the producing workers in F Printing Company,including the management of the labor relation,the interpersonal communication,the employee motivation,the employee assistance program,and the construction of enterprise culture with the method of the questionnaire investigation and fact finding.Meanwhile,this paper analyses the problems and the reasons in the ERM of the producing workers in F Printing Company by the theoretical method in the field of human resource management.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding optimization strategy for the reform of the ERM of the producing workers in F Printing Company by the normalized labor relationship,the scientific interpersonal communication,the diversified employee motivation,the humanized EAP and the long-lasting construction of enterprise culture.Through the above conclusions,this paper expects to assistant F PrintingCompany to improve the satisfaction and the loyalty of the producing workers,establish a healthy and harmonious employee relationship,strengthen the core competitiveness and realize its development strategy.Furthermore,this research expects to provide some reference significance and value to the domestic research of the ERM of the producing workers in the packaging&printing industry and the labor intensive industry.
